Apply for Fiscal Sponsorship

Emerge engages visual art, dance, music, literary arts, theater, arts education, socially engaged art, and community festivals. Combined, these projects raise over $1.6 million each year.

Before you Apply

  • Make sure to read the application completely and gather any required supporting materials before beginning the application.
  • Work samples are an important part of the application. If you do not have work samples illustrating the project, please provide samples of previous work or other work-in-progress.
  • Please give specific examples of potential grant sources when possible.
  • Your budget should demonstrate both income and expense line items. If you are unsure about what to include, sample nonprofit budgets can be found by doing a web search.

Project Details

Please provide a mission statement for your project. This description will be used to promote your project on all related Fulcrum Arts and Emerge literature.
Be as specific as possible, breaking down your budget into distinct categories (such as art materials, artist fees, fundraising expenses, marketing fees, travel, etc).
If you are anticipating applying for grants or foundation support, please list specific sources.
Applications will be evaluated for financial viability and artistic merit. Please attach any supporting material that would aid in review of the project, such as work samples, reviews, budgets, case statements, or biographies (if you have more than one file please compress as a zip file). Your upload can be a maximum file size of 64MB. If you do not have work samples, please explain in the next section, “Other Information About Organization/Project”
