Co-curated by Robert Takahashi Novak and Lawrence English, Energy Fields brings together a diverse and dynamic collection of works from artists across Japan, Australia, Canada, Chile, New Zealand, and the USA. The exhibition explores the intersections of time, space, and energy, delving into the forces of gravitational waves, tectonic shifts, and seismic activities. Through these investigations, Energy Fields examines the impact of sound, light, and electromagnetic spectra on the body and perception, with the Pacific Ocean serving as a powerful symbol of these resonant, entangled energies.
