The Betye Saar Catalogue Raisonné Project is an ongoing commitment to documenting the artistic practice of Los Angeles artist Betye Saar. The result of this extensive project will be a scholarly publication documenting the artist’s archives and oeuvre of assemblage, collage, installations, prints and drawings, and will include a comprehensive overview of Saar’s artwork, exhibition history, detailed provenance, and bibliography.
